Ownership Requirements and Expectations
Workshop Eligibility:
MIWA-authorized workshop with a 4 or 5-star rating, OR
– Suitable workshop premises.
– Minimum 4 working bays and 2 lifts for a full BCS workshop.
– Minimum 2 working bays and 1 lift for Express BCS.

Bosch Diagnostic Equipment:
– Required tools include KTS, ESI[tronic] software, ACS, BAT, and other relevant Bosch diagnostic equipment.

Staff Training:
– Workshop staff must complete Bosch trainings before opening.
– Trainings are available at the Bosch Training Center in Midrand, GP or online.

Genuine Bosch Parts Commitment:
– Willingness to purchase and sell Bosch automotive spare parts.
– Commitment to meeting yearly Bosch parts sales targets.

Workshop Management System:
– Use AutoManage as the Dealer management system for workshop operations.

Branding Compliance:
– The workshop must follow Bosch Car Service branding guidelines.
– Double branding is strictly not allowed.

What are the ongoing franchise fees?
As a Bosch partner, you pay a monthly concept fee that covers marketing, brand, and trademark rights, and a comprehensive digital package etc. We do not take any percentage of your turnover, allowing you to focus on growing your business.
What is the monthly royalty Bosch charges?
These fees depend on the option you select—either a Full Bosch Car Service operation or an Express Bosch Car Service membership.
Do you offer turnkey solution?
Yes, we can assist by recommending various service providers to help you set up your workshop, including hoists, tools, systems, and more.
